Shipping policy

We ship our packages to Germany via DHL and Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (Warenpost, Großbrief, or parcel), total weight, and dimensions/volume of the order.

1. Deutsche Post Large Letter (without tracking): €1.90

2. DHL Small Parcel (for small shipments with tracking, max. weight 700 g and maximum package dimensions/volume (max. 35 × 25 × 8 cm): €2.90

3. Parcel shipping (with tracking): €3.90

 




Information on Taxes and Customs

• Deliveries within the EU (incl. Germany): All stated prices include statutory VAT. Within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import fees apply.
• Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom): Our listed prices include the statutory VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries, local customs duties, import taxes, and courier handling fees may apply, which are to be paid directly to the responsible authorities by the recipient.
  
• Shipping to the USA: Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
